The Return & Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange a product, please review our policy below:
Eligibility for Return:
- Returns are accepted within 2 days from the date the order is received.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.
- Used or damaged items (unless defective) are not eligible for return.
Defective Products:
- If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the item.
- Photo proof of the defect must be submitted for approval.
- Once approved, you may opt for a refund or an exchange.
Exchange Policy:
- Eligible products can be exchanged for other items from our store.
- If the value of the exchange item is higher than the original invoice, the customer must pay the difference.
- If the value is lower, the balance can be adjusted with additional items or partially refunded.
Refunds:
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or credited to the customer’s account.
Return Shipping:
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Alternatively, customers may choose to deliver the product to our physical location at no additional charge.
Important Notes:
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a confirmed defective product.
